Full gut remodel located in the Petworth neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C.

Some highlights includean improved open concept layout, high quality finishes throughout, new primary bath with marble finishes, a large deck, and all new mechanical, plumbing and electric.

Another major project highlight for this project is the kitchen island that was milled and built by our very own, Kevin McLister. Kevin took a lot of pride in building the island and giving the client exactly what they wanted.
