“We recently had the pleasure of working with Justin and the Bolt Builders team on our renovation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Our renovation project was on our home which was originally constructed in 1939. We wanted to keep the original character and charm of the home while modernizing and expanding the footprint. 

From start to finish, Justin was easy to work with, embraced and enabled our goals, and maintained open communication throughout the process. The finished project exceeded our expectations. With any large-scale renovation project (particularly on a home as old as ours) unexpected issues are bound to arise. Justin and team really partnered with us to navigate the unexpected. 

Whether it was an unanticipated structural issue once the old plaster came down, a delay from an outside party on electric to the house, or any other hurdle that presented itself along the way, Justin and his team engaged with us to solve the problem prioritizing our budget and our goals. 

That approach followed us into the post move-in phase. Their attention to detail, issue resolution and overall customer service was consistently excellent throughout. We’re beyond pleased with how everything turned out. While we’ve had friends and family talk about renovation projects as something that they survived, our experience is one that we really appreciated and enjoyed. We’ve referred Justin and team to several of our neighbors looking to turn their houses into the long-term home of their dreams.
