Outdoor living space is everything, especially if you love entertaining family and friends. In close consultation with the client, BOLT designed the details of this project and completely remodeled the outdoor living space. The result was a spacious entertaining area with custom amenities including a gas fire pit, outdoor television, and full kitchen.

The patios and walkways are a beautiful, natural cleft flagstone which meet up with the stucco finished firepit and kitchen. Premium Quartzite countertops were an upgraded finish selection due to durability and create a contrasting color scheme against the stucco and stone. The kitchen features a custom Lynx appliance package built for outdoors. Football on Sundays is a big deal around this house, so the client chose to cozy up next to a high-performance Crossfire fire pit while enjoying the games on a waterproof, outdoor television in the cool fall weather. The television was hung in front of the kitchen bar on a wall mounted swivel so that game day viewing could occur anywhere on the patio.
